On the weekend, my husband loves to grill something tasty. This weekend we decided to try out some new burgers that were very good. We visited our local Super Target and found this Stubb’s Burger Rub:

We used one pound of ground beef (85/15) and about 1/4 cup chopped fresh onion. We combined that in a bowl, formed the meat into 4 patties, and rubbed the Stubb’s on real good. For an outdoor grill, you need to preheat it to 450 degrees for about 10 minutes. Once it’s nice and hot, place the burgers on there for 7 minutes and then flip them for another 5 minutes to get you medium burgers. Once they’re done, place them on your favorite bun (we used an onion and poppyside bun) with your favorite toppings (I like lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard).
